While there's numerous build ideas contained within—many which do have breakaway sections or monolithic building steps to help understand the more advanced building concepts—there are places where building methodology is not immediately obvious to me even in my 30s. So young kids might find it impossible to reproduce certain aspects of depicted builds, which could be frustrating. (Also, the definition of "magical" is stretched a bit, but not in any way that's particularly absurd.)Above complaints aside, this book is probably worth it for builders of all ages who still need a fair amount of inspiration, which is provided in abundance.
